When I signed-up for any type of service from a promotional offer I will stand my ground when the company/organization do not uphold their end of the bargain.
In this case, when I am told I will be given something for life, I do not expect to be paying for it down the line. Until my matter is resolved or given some type of incentive I will not re-new my hosting account.
Currently all pictures and files from my web hosting server are offline.
Services are fully restored as of 1/16/2013.
